Paul Ellingstad
Paul is a social innovation and sustainability leader with a global background in corporate responsibility, partnerships, and systems change. At PTI Advisors, he helps organisations successfully navigate change, drive innovation, and transform towards sustainability and circularity.
Drawing on senior leadership roles in multinational organisations, Paul combines strategic research, situational analysis, and ambitious planning with hands-on delivery. Unlike traditional consultants, he stays engaged through execution — accompanying clients as they implement strategy, partnerships, and programs. He works within a trusted network of consultants, extending PTI’s reach and value for clients across sectors and geographies.
Siobhan Normoyle
Siobhan is a business project manager and SME consultant with expertise in large-scale systems implementation, programme management, and sustainable business transformation. She has worked across both public and private sectors, blending structured consulting with hands-on support for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Her focus includes digital adoption, lean process improvement, circular economy, and compliance with evolving EU regulations such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP). Siobhan has delivered strategic advice, stakeholder engagement, and project management through initiatives like MentorsWork and Agile Executives, supporting dozens of Irish SMEs.
She combines strategic insight with practical delivery, working closely with founders and teams to ensure change is achievable, measurable, and aligned with funding opportunities — helping businesses clarify priorities, optimise operations, and unlock growth
